About Elements | Meet the Team

Stephen Siddall, General Director A hotelier and restaurateur in many European destinations, Stephen leads the team at Elements Boutique Resort & Spa and brings a wealth of experience in high-quality hospitality.
		Peter Devue, Director A Brussels businessman with a background in banking, Peter oversees the financial and budgetary aspects at Elements Boutique Resort & Spa. Peter speaks English, French, Dutch and German.
		Yaowaret (Naew) Faiya, Spa Supervisor Naew's has more than a decade of customer-facing under her belt in high-end resorts and, as a local, has vast knowledge of Koh Samui's picturesque "Virgin Coast". At Elements Boutique Resort & Spa, Naew handles administration and operation at Spa Serenity.
		Jean-Pierre (J.P.) Sonnekus, Junior Assistant Manager Considering his relative youth, J.P. offers a lot of experience in hospitality management, specifically with regards to restaurants and resorts. Born in South Africa, J.P. speaks English and Afrikaans.
		Parichat (Eh) Hagen, Internal Auditor Eh has a background in accountancy and finance and is responsible for internal auditing at Elements Boutique Resort & Spa. Eh speaks her native Thai and is also fluent in German.
		Miroslav Styčinskij, Executive Chef Chef Miroslav has been accredited with numerous gold standard and 5-star awards from institutions such as the International Kremlin Culinary Cup and is a celebrity TV chef in his native Lithuania. Widely travelled around culinary schools in Europe, Miroslav is a true International Fusion chef, having learnt under the best in places like France, Italy and Iceland.
		Torsak (Tor) Phong-Amphai, Executive Chef Chef Tor brings over a decade of executive chef experience to the restaurant kitchen at Elements Boutique Resort & Spa. One of the real masters of Thai cuisine, Chef Tor also has a cultured knowledge of fine wines.
		Patprae (Fai) Sangsuwan, Bar Supervisor With 3 years' bartending experience and a strong command of English language, the aptly-named Fai is responsible for bar management in our restaurant "Fai".
		James Ransby, Business Development Co-ordinator James, with a background in business process management, marketing and information systems, is responsible for sales and marketing activities within Elements Boutique Resort & Spa. James speaks his native English and is fluent in Thai.
