Meet the Team

Stephen Siddall, Director A famously camera shy hotelier, restaurateur and leisure entrepreneur, Stephen leads the team at Elements boutique resort & spa and brings a wealth of experience in high-quality hospitality. Stephen likes to speak something called Northern English and Lithuanian.
		Peter Devue, Director Originally a banker then a property developer. Typically Belgian, Peter has a love of good food, good wines and good living. He decided tropical living was a sound investment and the rest is history. Peter over sees the financial and budgetary aspects at Elements boutique resort & spa. Peter speaks English, Dutch, German and French.
		Sam Stringer, Guest Relations Manager Our resident Aussie, Sam as well as being a bit of an international sportsman (polo) is well traveled and has a wealth of experience in motivation and communications . He enjoys nothing more than helping our guests stay become a special one.
		Aeh, Office Manager Aeh is our front office manager has worked on Samui for over eight years, the last four of which was in five star corporate hotel management on Samui. When asked why did she join us she said she'd much prefer the caring family approach to what is essentially a caring business.
		Naew, Spa Manager Naew has more than a decade of spa experience in high-end resort spas and retail outlets and, as a local, has vast knowledge of Koh Samui's picturesque "Virgin Coast". At Elements boutique resort & spa, Naew has made Spa Serenity one of the islands most popular spas.
		Ni, Head of the Financial Department Very often hidden away in the back offices Ni is one of the unsung heroes of our company, not only does she keep our books (and managers) in order she’s also loved by everybody for her active, outgoing and fun character. Ni speaks Thai and see is working on her English.
		Eh, Cash Controller Eh has a background in accountancy and finance and is responsible for internal auditing and cash controls at Elements boutique resort & spa. Eh speaks her native Thai and is also fluent in German and English.
		Miroslav Styčinskij, Executive Chef Miroslav has won numerous gold standard and 5-star awards around Europe, and was a celebrity TV chef in his native Lithuania. Having widely traveled around culinary schools in Europe, Miroslav is a true International Fusion chef, having learn't under in the best places like France, Italy and Iceland. Watch out for his "special" chalk board artwork always fun and some times just a little educational! Miroslav speaks English, Lithuanian and Russian.
		Tor, Executive Chef A celebrity in his own right Tor has a positive and healthy view on life as well as bringing over a decade of senior chef experience to the restaurant kitchen at Elements. If he's not in the kitchen look out to sea and you'll probably see him out there partaking in his other great love, fishing! A real master of Thai cuisine, Chef Tor also enjoys sharing his knowledge and can often be seen with our guests teaching them about Thailand's more famous dishes.
		Dalius, Guest Relations Also from Lithuania Dalius has many years experience working in the front of the house for five star hotels. To fulfill his love of travel he also worked as a tour guide in several countries and sometimes just traveled for the fun of it. Having visited Samui and fallen in love with the island and having worked with Miroslav and Stephen before he decided to join our team and help in ensuring our guests have a great time. Dalius speaks English, Lithuanian and Russian.
		Fai, Bar & Restaurant Senior Supervisor With 5 years' bartending and waiting experience and with a strong command of English language, the aptly-named Fai is responsible for bar/restaurant management in our restaurant "Fai" and has also taken over the running of our new bean bag beach bar.
		Aom, "Fai" Restaurant Supervisor Recently promoted to supervisor, Aom loves her work and is a pleasure to know. She has a great knowledge of the island and loves to share it! Aom speaks Thai and fluent English.
		Anna, Event Manager Anna hails from Germany originally where she studied communication design, she can speak German, English, Polish and Thai fluently and dabbles in French as well. She moved to Thailand 5 years ago to follow her passion of Thai culture, lifestyle and weather. She brings an elegant personal touch and event management experience to the Elements team and works closely with all our weddings and special functions.
