At Fai, we have the distinct advantage that we have local fishermen bringing their daily catches directly to our restaurant.

The waters around Koh Samui, and Phang Ka in particular, are plush with sea bass, red & white snapper and a host of seafood including tiger prawns, crab and lobster.
